Founded in 2006, Assetz began its journey with a strong foundation in commercial real estate, developing two world-class IT tech parks in Bangalore—Vrindavan Tech Village (now Embassy Tech Village), a Platinum LEED-certified IT SEZ, and Global Technology Park.
