EDOM

EDOM is a mixed use building developed with a spread of over 125,000 sq.ft. with a leading international hotel brand and office space. EDOM, located on Outer Ring Road, Bangalore, offers small office users a quality option which takes advantage of the ORR locational advantage. Thimphu TechPark

In July of 2009 Assetz was awarded a contract by the Royal Government of Bhutan (Department of Information Technology) to design, build, finance & operate Bhutan’s first IT Park in a joint venture with Druk Holdings & Investments.

The project harnesses the intrinsic advantages of Bhutan, mainly availability of inexpensive clean power, to offer a strong option for IT/BPO operations and data centres. The project site is located on the outskirts of Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital and involves development over five acres of land.

The first phase of the project is currently operational. TTP is also home to Bhutan Innovation and Technology Centre (BITC), an incubation facility. The project is a high profile, anchor scheme of the overall IT strategy for the country, with all aspects of the design being sympathetic to the environment and cultural sustainability objectives of Bhutan.
