Global Technology Park |
Planned as a mixed use estate in the heart of the IT corridor of Bangalore, Global Technology Park is spread over 14.5 acres located on the Outer Ring Road, Bangalore between the Intel and Accenture campus facilities. Phase 1 of the project is currently operational and houses LSI Logic.
The project is planned as a mixed-use campus with the plan to have a 250 room hotel in addition to 900,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space tailored to meet the needs of an IT occupier. |

EDOM |
EDOM is a mixed use building developed with a spread of over 125,000 sq.ft. with a leading international hotel brand and office space. EDOM, located on Outer Ring Road, Bangalore, offers small office users a quality option which takes advantage of the ORR locational advantage. Thimphu TechPark |
In July of 2009 Assetz was awarded a contract by the Royal Government of Bhutan (Department of Information Technology) to design, build, finance & operate Bhutan’s first IT Park in a joint venture with Druk Holdings & Investments.
The project harnesses the intrinsic advantages of Bhutan, mainly availability of inexpensive clean power, to offer a strong option for IT/BPO operations and data centres. The project site is located on the outskirts of Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital and involves development over five acres of land.
The first phase of the project is currently operational. TTP is also home to Bhutan Innovation and Technology Centre (BITC), an incubation facility. The project is a high profile, anchor scheme of the overall IT strategy for the country, with all aspects of the design being sympathetic to the environment and cultural sustainability objectives of Bhutan.
