Mike Holland
Mike Holland focuses on BMS Infra, where he serves as CEO in addition to being Chairman on Assetz Group’s Board of Directors. He has over twenty five years of experience in commercial real estate with proven development experience in USA, UK, Singapore, China and India. Prior to joining Assetz, Mike was Corporate Services Director for Microsoft, responsible for both procurement & real estate functions across Asia Pacific including India and China. From 1998 to 2002, Mike was Managing Director and Country Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle India. He is a member of the Investment Committee for Prudential/ICICI India Real Estate Fund.

Ben Salmon
Ben Salmon leads all the real estate development businesses of Assetz Property Group. He is a founder and Executive Director of the Group. Ben has over fifteen years of experience in international real estate markets with several roles at Executive Management levels. Before incorporating Assetz, he worked with the Lend Lease Group, based in the Australian, Japanese and South Korean markets. In 2004, he moved to India and was responsible for the Bovis Lend Lease India business. Ben played a key role on a variety of prime real estate projects such as Aurora Place (Sydney), Fox Studios (Australia) and the Finance Centre and World Trade Centre (Seoul), SAP Bangalore Campus, Oracle Hyderabad Campus, VrindavanTechvillage Bangalore and Global Tech Park Bangalore.

Rajpal Singh Chaudhary  (Non Executive Director)
Rajpal Chaudhary is an active Partner with Equis Funds Group and a Founder, Non Executive Director of Assetz Property Group. Rajpal is a real estate industry leader with close to two decades of experience in the industry in India, Singapore and the UK. He started his career with CBRE and later worked with Jones Lang LaSalle. Rajpal established and managed the JLL Research and Consulting business in India. His team was responsible for delivering much of the early analysis that assisted in the creation of the Bangalore IT corridor, ITPL and many other IT/ mixed use projects across India. Rajpal also worked on the planning and analysis of many projects across the UK such as Asthon Town Centre and the Olympic City before returning to India in early 2006. As a Non-Executive Director, Rajpal has no active day to day or management responsibilities with the group.
