Ben Salmon  -  Managing Director
Ben serves as Managing Director, with a focus on management of the design and construction delivery of all our projects. He has more than ten years experience in international real estate markets. Prior to founding Assetz along with Rajpal Chaudhary in 2006, he was a senior member of the Lend Lease Group based in the Australian, Japanese and South Korean markets. He moved to India in 2004 and subsequently led the Bovis Lend Lease India business where he oversaw delivery of multiple major commercial and industrial projects across the country,

including the delivery and completion of over 2 million square feet of commercial office development for clients such as SAP, Cisco, Oracle, Unisys, etc... His experience covers general business management, asset management, and project management. He has been instrumental in the creation of some of Australia's and Asia's key real estate projects in recent years including Sydney's Aurora Place, Sydney Olympic Show Ground, Fox Studios Australia , Seoul's Finance Center, and World Trade Centre Seoul .

Rajpal Chaudhary  -  Executive Director
Rajpal Chaudhary has over twelve years experience in the real estate industry in India, Singapore and UK. Starting his career with CBRE and later with Jones Lang LaSalle, Rajpal has been at the forefront of international property service consulting, financial analysis, and marketing in India over for over a decade. He established and managed the JLL Research & Consulting business in India and went on to manage a large team of professionals to deliver much of the early analysis that assisted in the creation of the Bangalore IT corridor, ITPL, & many other

IT / mixed - use projects across India. Rajpal worked on the planning and analysis of many projects across the United Kingdom such as Ashton Town Centre and the Olympic City before returning to India to found Assetz Property Services in early 2006.

Mike Holland  -  Chief Executive Officer
Mike has nearly twenty years experience in commercial real estate with proven development experience in USA, UK, Singapore, China and India. Prior to joining Assetz, he held the position of Corporate Services Director responsible for both procurement & real estate functions for Microsoft across Asia Pacific including India & China. At Microsoft, he was also responsible for the inception to delivery of the 1.2m sq ft Campus spread over 50 acres in Hyderabad. From 1998-2002, Mike held the position of Managing Director & Country Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle.

Over the past two decades he has been responsible for structuring and/or delivering significant commercial development projects for both investors and owner occupiers including Scottish Widows, Prudential, Mannesmann, SNS, Oracle, Microsoft and Convergys and sits as Independent Director for a globally recognized India real estate fund.

R. Suresh  -  Projects Director
Suresh applies his twenty years of experience in design & construction in India to managing the delivery of the major projects at Assetz. Over the past two decades he has developed his experience with Larsen & Toubro , ECC construction group, RSP Architects & Bovis Lend Lease. Projects delivered under his management include Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, South City Residential Complex, Metro Cash & Carry, SAP Labs & BPB India Gypsum Manufacturing project. He plays a key role in the design review, team management & construction delivery of Assetz projects.

Anil Bhatta  -  CFO
Anil has over ten years of experience in various aspects of Financial and Operational Management and applies this experience at Assetz to leading the Finance functions as well as supporting our project specific capital and accounting needs. Anil has extensive experience in all aspects of financial operations of project management, constructing, engineering and services industries and was a member of the senior management team at Bovis Lend Lease responsible for the Finance function in both Singapore and India prior to joining the leadership team at Assetz.

Vimala Talla  -  Planning Director
Vimala leads the masterplanning and architectural team at Assetz and brings over ten years of working experience in the fields of Master Planning and Architecture in Singapore, China, the Middle East and India to the Assetz projects. She has extensive experience on projects related to Special Economic Zones, Information Technology parks; Industrial Estates, mixed use developments, integrated town ship development, cluster housing & Institutional buildings.

Robbie Fallon - Investment Management Director.
Robbie is responsible within Assetz for matching development opportunities generated by Assetz with our network of international institutional and private investors. Robbie brings over eight years experience in the commercial real estate industry focussing on Investment Acquisitions, Leasing, Valuations and Corporate Real Estate. After starting his career in Australia, Robbie has spent the past three years living & working in India, & prior to joining Assetz worked with Jones Lang LaSalle India as Head of Corporate Capital Markets after an

earlier stint as National Transaction Manager in the firms India leasing team. He has worked with a wide range of domestic and foreign investors as well as corporate occupiers across all India markets, and has been responsible for the strategy, structuring or delivery of a substantial number of commercial and industrial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and dispositions.

Sriram Iyer - Business Head TN
BSriram Iyer has over twenty two years experience in project management and real estate in India and South East Asia. He is currently Business Head Tamil Nadu for Assetz, focused on delivering world class developments in Tamil Nadu and acquiring new business for the Assetz Property group.

Prior to Assetz, Mr.Sriram Iyer had extensive project management and development experience in PT. Bakrie Brothers (Indonesia), Sembcorp

(India) , ITC & Marg. He has delivered several landmark projects including services apartments, five star hotels, IT parks & luxury condominiums / villas. He has played key roles in prime real estate and infrastructure projects including Changi Custom House- Singapore, Godrej Millenium Park- Pune, Osho Serviced Apartments- Pune, ITC Labernum-Gurgaon, ITC Luxury Homes – Bangalore and Tapovan Concept Villas- Chennai.

Bhaskar Reddy - Director Residential Services
Bhaskar Reddy is the Director - Residential Services. He is responsible for Assetz Residential Real Estate division including identifying potential development sites, determining the type of development that can enhance the value of the property and structuring the sales activity. Bhaskar has experience across manufacturing, software development, real estate planning, development and marketing. He has more than 7 years experience in promoting high end real estate developments across major Indian cities. Before moving to Assetz, Bhaskar was COO for

Propmart, a Purvankara Group Company. Bhaskar brings expertise related to the total real estate development cycle to the residential sector.

Joseph Davaraj - Managing Director – Property Management
Joseph is a Graduate Engineer in Electrical and Electronics with over twenty years of experience in property operation and management. He is responsible for Assetz's Property Management Division & he is the Managing Director of BMS Services India Pvt. Ltd. He has been trained in property management services & concepts in Singapore & has worked in industries ranging from food processing & hospitality to technology parks of international repute. Joseph was instrumental in setting up property management systems for an International Technology Park in Bangalore

which is acknowledged as one of the most advanced buildings in India with property management systems to international specifications and standards. He was also responsible for setting up the Facilities Management Systems for Huawei Technologies and Sun Micro Systems in Bangalore.

Vinod Injeti - Director Retail
Vinod specializes in retail operations and franchise development/ management. He has over 10 years of working experience in diverse industries ranging from engineering to retail. As part of ETA ASCON Group, Dubai he has developed and managed several dining and fashion concepts in the Middle East and India. In India as a consultant he has worked with Ohri's and Apollo Health Care Group besides several others to develop retail concepts. He brings in his understanding of retail and consumer behavior to retail space development, marketing and management.
