Assetz is leading the development of
three of the key SEZ development projects in South India. In addition to these
SEZ projects, Assetz is delivering a number of schemes including retail, residential,
corporate office, business park and hotels. With a focus on the southern Indian
cities of Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad, Assetz is today managing over 200
acres of developments with potential development areas of more than 17.5m sq ft.
