Planned as a mixed use estate in the heart of the IT corridor of Bangalore, Global Technology Park is spread over 14.5 acres located on the Outer Ring Road, Bangalore between the Intel and Accenture campus facilities. Phase 1 of the project is currently operational and houses LSI Logic.

The project is planned as a mixed-use campus with the plan to have a 250 room hotel in addition to 900,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space tailored to meet the needs of an IT occupier.
