Global Technology Park is a mixed-use facility comprising a 250 room hotel and 900,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space tailored to meet the needs of an IT occupier.

The project is located on the Outer Ring Road of Bangalore and spread over 14.5 acres situated between the Intel and Accenture campus facilities.

The project has recently commenced construction and will be leasing space from June 2007.
